In October 2022 my friend Mark and I started to co-write songs to honor my husband, Darryl, who passed July 31st, 2022. Darryl passed after dealing with brain cancer (Glioblastoma) for 9 months. I miss him everyday and this project has been a way for me to remember him, our love and process my grief.

This EP was produced by the amazing Steve Aliperta from Kennedy Studios in Burlington, MA. My good friends Denise and Leo Fonseca arranged and added angelic harmonies to Can’t Remain Forever and Malina. Leo also added a beautiful trumpet part on Can’t Remain Forever in addition to creating the cover art.

I am very fortunate that in my grieving I have had such incredible friends and family who are always there for me in different ways. I don’t say this to create a perfect picture of my life, but to show gratitude to those who continue to show up
