Episode 15: My Calming & Flexible Morning Routine

In this episode I take you through some of the rituals I have developed over the years that have now become a part of my morning routine. A warm tea, light stretching, deep breathing and making my bed are a few things that help me start my day off on the right foot. I'm not perfect and routines change, but I like to get into this rhythm to be reminded of the things that I am grateful for and what truly matters. Enjoy!
