Moldova
From 2017-2019 I worked as a health educator in the Republic of Moldova with the Peace Corps. As a personal project I created short videos of me singing and sharing stories about Moldovan culture by my soba. And Songs by My Soba was birthed.
Definition of soba: a heating system used in most Moldovan homes. Imagine a furnace built into a wall where you start a fire and the wall provides heat to the whole room.
